Patrick Keane believes there is no better place than Cranbourne to establish himself as a trainer with a focus on quality, rather than quantity. The young horseman has set up a property at Devon Meadows while using the elite facilities at the Cranbourne Training Centre.

He plans to have up to 20 horses in work at any one time. Having worked for and ridden for many Victorian and interstate trainers during his career as a jockey he is now using that knowledge to forge his own way in the training ranks.
